The purposes and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Personal data and any changes are processed for the purpose of sharing the appeal on this website, through social media, and in the press.
Data subject to processing
The processed data are:
- The name provided at the time of signing the appeal, collected through the dedicated external form;
- Access data to this website, collected through the Matomo application and retained within its respective CMS. In specific, Matomo collects:
- User information: Includes the IP address (often anonymized), approximate geographical location, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, browser language, and device used.
- Session data: These include the duration of the visit, pages visited, time spent on each page, the order in which pages were visited, and actions taken on the site (such as clicking on links or downloading).
- Traffic referrals: These data include the source of traffic, such as search engines, social media, direct links, and referrals from other websites.
- Custom events: If configured, custom events such as specific user interactions, form completions, purchases, or any other action that the site owner wishes to track.
